Collection: Fix Systems Not Women

A lot of diversity and inclusion efforts focus on mentoring women. If she can be taught to hack the system, the thinking goes, she can someday succeed just like a man!

But is she really deficient in training and encouragement? What if we accept as a baseline that women are qualified and excellent? What if it's not women, but the rules and systems that keep the status quo in favor of the outdated white male “ideal worker” that need to change?
