Craft Fair Checklist

When I first started selling my pottery at craft fairs, I felt so unsure of what I needed to bring with me. Over time I refined this checklist, and I'm sharing it as a download to help give other artists an easier start to vending IRL. It covers:

• Booth Basics: from your tent and tables to linens and after-dark lighting, bring essential equipment for setting up your market footprint.
• Displays: Plan which products to show, and keep track of the display stands and pricing signage you'll need for each.
  
• Checkout: Pack everything you need to collect payment, send purchases home safely, and stay in touch with interested shoppers.
