Money is power, and we need to start acting like it. For far too long, women have been under-represented in high-powered networks, while at the same time being over-represented in nonprofit organizations, volunteering work, and unpaid care work. Those things are important, but the burden shouldn't fall disproportionately on women, ultimately keeping them from making money and influencing large-scale decisions within climate, social justice, and the future of the planet.
